Well, technically this is August, but the rest are September I think. This is Dave and Clay on the first day of school.
And Danny on his first day, finally as big as his brothers!
This is our new kitty, Zoo Moses Wilson. Danny chose him out of the litter and contributed the first name Zoo. Clay chose Moses (after a black kitten in a James Herriot story).
Zoo is a very patient cat, playful and cuddly too. He's got it all.
He's a little to interested in the taste of parakeet though. I had to move the bird cage to a new safer spot. Zoo and Doxie took their time making friends (mostly zoo stalked doxie, scaring her all the time) but now they seem to like playing together.

We went on a pine nut harvesting adventure. The incredibly sappy pine cones are in a bag now, hopefully opening and dropping out the nuts.


Clay was able to score a goal in soccer, after a 2 yr dry spell. He was so excited that he popped a loose tooth out too. He had to run over to the sideline to hand it to me before he could continue playing. I was pretty excited to have snapped the photo at the perfect time!
This is him telling his coach all about it. He was soooo thrilled!

I have chosen only one photo of all the things Dave and Dad have brought home from their hunting trips. Davey just love love loves to go hunting, for anything. He was really thrilled about this goose. It's funny how much he really loves everything about hunting.
