Bald Eagle day was cold and wet. But we saw some eagles.

Clay and I have been learning about the Middle Ages. On the day we learned about the Moors, we had dinner moorish style, by candle light, wearing turbans and sitting on pillows.

To celebrate pruning time, we used some of the limbs Eric had pruned to roast hot dogs over the grill. Also a cold and wet day. So the picnic was in the garage. It really doesn't take much to make the kids excited!

Dave played basketball and enjoyed the jump club at school for jump roping. He has been shooting baskets and jumping rope a lot at home now too.

Clay had a good time in basketball also.

We got a piano keyboard! Clay and Dave have started lessons, I teach Danny a little something when he's in the mood, and I've been teaching myself from Alfred's adult courses.

Danny turned 4!!! 4 is a great age for a birthday! Everything was fun and exciting.

Spring is here! And so are our new chicks, Blacky, Sparky, and Buffy. Little dears. The bees did not make it through the winter, but our new bees will soon be installed as well. The garden is in (and currently under a blanket of snow), my crocus are done blooming, and Spring Break is next week!
