We had a fun weekend catching crayfish at Scofield Reservoir. We dropped a burlap sack with raw chicken in it down off the pier. The crawdads would grab on, and we'd pull up the sack and net them. Then Eric pulled the tails, the edible part, off and we took them home for a feast.
